Tea Lovers - Cup of Life - Lets make it healthy

            I am a Tea Lover and my day must and should start with Tea.  Its my morning blessings. I wake up with the cravings of having tea. As I drink tea, I think of my routine for the day and plan for the day. Most of my ideas and thinkings happen as I have it. Morning tea should be my alone time.

            Rather than having plain tea, I believe having with the below masala ingredients makes it a Healthy way of having. They have got various Health benefits. Generic benefits include medicinal properties, Nausea, Anti-Inflammatory, High in Anti-oxidants. Tea helps relieve stress, headache and helps in free bowel movement.
      
 My Healthy Recipe I follow for Tea:


Masala Ingredients


1 cup of water
1/2 cup of milk
A small piece of Cinnamon
A small piece of Ginger
2 pieces of Cloves
3 pieces of Cardamom
4 pieces of Pepper
1 1/2  Table spoon of Tea powder
1 Teaspoon of Jaggery

Crush Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves, Cardamom, Pepper (Crush not smash). Add these crushed ingredients and  Tea powder to water and bring it to boil.Then add milk. As soon as you see the boils. Pour it in a cup and add Jaggery.
